Terms of sale

These terms apply to every order placed with Wolf Peptide Research.

Research use

All materials are supplied for laboratory research use only. They are not drugs, supplements, foods or medical devices, and they are not for human or veterinary use, diagnostic use, or consumption of any kind.

By placing an order you warrant that you are at least 21 years old, that you are a qualified researcher or are ordering on behalf of one, and that the materials will be used only for in vitro laboratory research.

Orders and pricing

Prices are in US dollars and exclude shipping and any applicable tax. We may correct pricing errors and decline or cancel any order, including after payment, in which case the payment is refunded in full.

Title and risk

Title and risk pass on dispatch. The buyer is responsible for safe storage and handling on arrival, and for compliance with every law and institutional rule applicable to them.

Warranty and limitation

Materials are warranted only to conform to the certificate of analysis supplied with the lot. No other warranty, express or implied, is given. Our liability for any claim is limited to the price paid for the material in question.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA.
