What we collect

When you place an order we collect your name, billing and shipping address, email address, phone number, and the contents of your order. Payment card details are handled by our payment processor and never reach our servers.

We also record the research-use attestation made at checkout, with its timestamp, because we need to be able to show it was made.

Why we hold it

To process and ship orders, to handle support and returns, to meet accounting and record-keeping obligations, and to trace which lot went to which order if a question is raised about a certificate.

Cookies

The store uses cookies for the cart and checkout, and a referral cookie if you arrive through an affiliate link. That referral cookie stores only the affiliate code and expires after 60 days.

Sharing

We share what is necessary with our payment processor, our shipping carriers and our accountants. We do not sell personal data.

Retention and your rights

Order records are kept as long as accounting rules require. You can ask for a copy of what we hold, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing support@wolfpeptide.com.
