Shipping and returns

Dispatch

Orders placed before 2pm on a business day ship the same day. After that, the next business day. We do not ship on weekends or public holidays, since a package sitting in a depot over a weekend is a package losing its cold pack.

Packaging

Insulated mailer with a cold pack. Lyophilised material is stable through normal transit times, but get it into a freezer on arrival.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed when the label is created.

To track your order please enter your Order ID in the box below and press the "Track" button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.

Returns

Because these are temperature-sensitive laboratory materials, we cannot accept a return once a package has left us. If a vial arrives damaged, or the lot does not match the certificate, email support@wolfpeptide.com within 7 days with photographs and we will replace it or refund it.
