What does research use only mean here?

Everything we sell is supplied as a laboratory reagent for in vitro work. It is not a drug, not a supplement, and not intended for human or veterinary use in any form.

How is purity measured?

Reversed-phase HPLC against a reference standard, with identity confirmed by mass spectrometry. The assay is run by an independent laboratory on a sample drawn from the finished lot.

Can I see the certificate before I order?

Yes. The certificate for the current lot is linked on each product page, and we will send it on request against any lot number.

How should vials be stored?

Lyophilised material keeps at −20°C, protected from light. Once reconstituted, keep it refrigerated and use it within the window noted on the certificate.

What is your shipping timeline?

Orders placed before 2pm on a business day go out the same day, in an insulated mailer with a cold pack.

Do you supply bulk or institutional quantities?

We do. Send your institution and the quantities you need and we will quote against current lot availability.
